I was under the impressio that I had ordered a black tonner cartridge for the Brother MFC L3750CDW. Instead I received a cartridge with no toner in it. not sure how I coukd use it. Can I send it back and get a cartridge with black toner in it? Thanks

I have been dealing with Inkdepot for about 10 years now. They are the only place I go to for my inks. Their service and range is second to none, regardless of what inkjet printer you have. Postage is very fast, most of my orders have been delivered to North Queensland within 2 - 3 days. If the order is $100.00 or more, they also give you free postage, how good is that?

The toner came in record time. Bought them at night before bed, they arrived the next morning. How is that possible?! Just fantastic. The genuine toner I bought worked perfectly. I have found the staff SO VERY helpful, as I have found, that finding the exact things I need, for my exact printer, a bit tricky on the site, but the support staff have been so patient and helpful. I get them to send me the link I need to purchase whatever. After all the mistakes and refunds I have gone through. It's so much easier. The staff at inkdepot are just amazing.

Ink Depot over several Orders gives excellent Service, but however in this instance only their delivery person did not follow the instructions given to leave in the Main Door recess, which is under cover and out of sight from the road,. Fortunately, as we were away from home for a few days, I phoned our neighbour to check on it and it was left in full view of the Public and out in the open and She recovered it just as it started raining. DH

Everything good - just a pity about the courier service you use. No notification as to when it was arriving and apparently arrived on a Saturday when I was at home until 3pm. Item was then inconveniently taken to a newsagents some way from my home as opposed to local PO or newsagent.

The purchased item was faultly. I contacted Customer Service and the problem was satisfactorily resolved with a full refund given
